Our Computing curriculum

Following the disapplication of the ICT curriculum, we set about designing our Computing curriculum. Our work in developing a Computing Curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2, and an initial supporting resources: A guide to teaching programming has since grown into a full programming and computer networks schemes of lessons, both of which can be purchased below.

“The curriculum is fantastic. What an amazing effort. This overview is detailed enough to show us the way forward without frightening everyone off.”

“Your work has made the Computing curriculum much more cohesive and am now looking forward to showing it to my colleagues upon our return to work!”

“I am a complete programming novice but thanks to his great ideas and SOW I love teaching computing and even understand what an algorithm is!”
