Last year, TWU social work students contributed more than 20,000 hours of community service to improving the lives of children, the elderly, people living with HIV/AIDS, victims of domestic violence, people living in poverty, immigrants, refugees, and other vulnerable, marginalized groups. With a strong commitment to the values and ethics of the social work profession, the TWU Social Work Program strives to meet the needs of a rapidly changing and diversifying society while achieving social and economic justice for all.
