Health insurance is required for all students. Vanderbilt offers a health insurance plan for students and their families. Learn more here.
- If you begin classes early (start date between June 1, 2016, and August 11, 2016) or attend USBCC, the cost of health insurance during the early enrollment period is $533 plus a $10 enrollment fee. Check your program’s academic calendar or contact Owen to confirm your start date.
- If you do not waive the Vanderbilt Student Health Insurance, the plan is expected to cost $2,484/year.
All Owen students live off campus. There are several residential buildings within one mile of Owen and several more that are within walking distance. Our students typically publish an overview of housing options in March and post it to the Admitted Applicants website.
