Awful! Do not use under any circumstance! My father and I both had a rental unit. I cancelled mine and he kept his. They have continued billing me for months! I have been to their office twice to clear it up. The first time the assured me it was fixed, but of course I received another charge on my CC from them. The second time they said they couldn t find my account, and after sticking around for an hour while the guy called his support number he told me I need to dispute the CC charge with my credit card company to stop the charges!

Levon strikes again. After a good three year run renting space from these folks, and having a good understanding of what we should expect from each other, Levon decided it was time to change the arrangement. After several complaints to my employees, and to me, and after several difficult phone calls, I decided it was time for us to move. So we did. Levon did not have the business sense to create a solution to her complaints that I could pay for. Even as I was leaving, she said that this was a failure of my attitude. This was also met with a list of the same complaints she never took the time to profit from. Now Im paying more for storage, which Im OK with, because Im confident that there are no solutions at Westlake Storage Solutions.

My sister and I have a storage unit here and we cannot get in touch with anyone from the company. While out of the country our credit card on file was compromised and we have tried to give new billing info to no avail. Now we are receiving threatening emails from the company (Levon Panzetta) saying that they will sell all of our treasures in the unit at auction. We have given new payment info for December and January (first month was free and we hope not just to lure us and our goods in) and still have received no response via phone or email. They are also piling fees upon fees with no recourse when we are trying to make good. I will update if we ever hear from them but in the meantime we have grounds for claim.
